Got this stuff a few days ago, Crutchfield was having a great sale, paid $800 for all this about $400 off.

Can’t wait to drive around like a kid again! ? ?

I’ll have extra tweeters if anybody wants to snag ‘em.

I gave in. Hood dampers. Got tired of banging my head on the front of the Hood every time I opened it to sniff check the oil ?. Darn truck are too short to use a support rod if you're normal height.

Took 5 minutes to install and yes my truck came with the rubber strips. No more head banging.

A Gooloo jumper that @subquark recommended. On sale a Amazon for $99 and I couldn't believe it came with a charger and hard case that wasn't in the description. Ready for the battery failure defect now :giggle:.

The switches came in for the LightForce panel. These things are high quality and look super clean. I cannot wait to get this installed.
My switch panel looks inadequate in comparison... Just have my ditch lights on there... Better get more lights :p

Awesome. I take mine out about every 6 weeks to charge but it always shows full. I plug it in overnight anyway.

BUT ... from what I understand (which is based on nothing solid), a lithium battery is best stored at 40% so I don't know how that affects the longevity of this style of battery jumper.

I can say that it continues to work well for cranking the old FJ, so it should still be good in any emergency.

That $99 is a good price!

My only gripe is that the booster button is hard for my meat fingers to depress, but I use a key to push it. The cables will get hot if you crank a lot on it (like 10 times in a row!). They won't melt, but they sure warm up.

Here's hoping you never have to use it for yourself and only for others! =)

I was wondering about the cables. They look thin for the current but are short that should help. I was looking at the one with the heater but after watching some videos the internal relay eventually fails because it's undersized and on this one it's built into the plug assembly that doesn't cost much to replace. If. Nothing else it will be good to keep phones charged in an emergency.
