I normally don’t like the look of mud flaps, but have driven down a few muddy roads of late. Are there any “low profile” flaps? Would love to see pix. Thanks.

What do you mean by low profile? Like minimal size that Ford offers? In my experience, they don't do much for wider tires and ended up making my own...

I have, and will have, stock sized tires. I have a 2019 Lariat that I took delivery on 2/‘19 and I only have 34,000 miles.

I had stock tires with OEM flaps and they didn't do much to keep my sides clean...helps a little but mostly for looks...

I would be interested as I should have done it myself, see if the Global Ranger ones fit our US and if they do a better job.

These are the stock ones that came on the truck. I actually did not order them, but the dealer put them on anyway, and I did not want to make a fuss about it. I have come to like them: they do the job and are very "low profile," as you say.
