I think the title says it all , maybe they can reuse it for fracking after the gov has some bottled for his personal cellars. I'd expand the saying "Don't mess with Texas, but by all means send us your toxic waste" :sunglasses:

AZ isn't that much further, lol

Meh...It'll continue downhill towards Mexico. They'll be use to it since you already can't drink the water there.

Mexico will just turn it into street drugs and send it back!

Talk about making something political , the whole derailment thing is a fine example, might be more toxic than the stuff that spewed from the tankers. Back where I grew up they'd leave the spillage so it could be used as a swimming hole in the summer and any animals that perished would be taken home and served up for dinner.

If E. Palestine was a predominantly black area, all hell would be breaking loose.

What, it's not a BFD now?

Look up the recent history of rail safety regulations. I don't want to get more political than that.
I am just saying the left could have made this a racial thing, could have taken a whole different spin.

Seems like you made it a racial thing.
THAT is exactly what I am talking about. The left and the media have a long history of racializing things. Nothing new. I was simply pointing that out.

I used to drive OTR for a Hazardous Waste Special Hauler. I believe the wastewater at least probably was headed to a treatment plant, where it will be profiled and rendered inert. TX may have had the only wastewater treatment facility available to process the contaminating agent, and/or the quantity. We'd haul dirty water from the oilfields in North Dakota to a plant in Chicagoland, same with contaminated soil from a former gas station's underground tank.

Wierd one? 1400 cases, roughly 11,000 full bottles, of a well known shampoo went to an incinerator plant.
