Well that was stupid easy. Tailgate requires a touch more force to fully close but that'll only be a problem if the wife ever opens it

Looks great! Just remember to add the velcro tie (or some black tape) to help guide the cable from pinching inside the damper and the bed wall.

Good catch, I'll have to snag on some tape.

The velcro wrap forces the cable to lay between the damper and tailgate?

Billet. Sometimes it's the little things.

Race day seems like a good time to lose the silly plastic Bakersfield plate frame. And mount it properly with four screws like Richard Petty intended.

Took off my trifold tonneau cover and put on a Smart Cap. Decided I needed more lockable space. Pretty pleased with the quality and the fit though I am going to have to lose my swing box as it interferes with the rear bracket.

Finished up the ditch light and Stedi switch install. Read @OFC Ranger's post reviewing the OffRoadTown lights so I got the cube lights figuring they can't be too bad. First time doing any wiring so the whole fuse tap and running wires was new to me. Anyway, it's all wired up for future switch needs. Lights look good, hopefully they hold up.
