Hmm I've been eyeing these bars as I'm tired of feeling like a swaying high-rise tower as I make simple turns.

But damn that $800 price tag is a bit steep for what it is.
Jake, take a look at Roadmaster Active Suspension. Takes the place of sway bars, traction bars, and air bags. Its a passive system until you corner, load down the bed, or have a heavy tongue weight.
Best to go to their web site and read the info. I have the set-up on my Ranger, and it's invaluable when I hook up the travel trailer with it's 700 lb tongue weight. Also eliminates body roll when cornering.
About $540 from ETrailer.

When I was working at that dealership down here in South Florida, it was much of the same! We were the only dealership in the area that could do transmission work, and then to make things even better, the SINGLE transmission guy we had broke his ankle. SHHHHIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!
i hope they can get to it soon and fix it correctly the first go around. nothing burns me more than paying for something i cannot use. esp when nice off road exploring and camping weather are on the way...

Looks promising. No rush to spend that much money just yet but definitely has my interest.

Though the design of these things are weird. How do they mount?

Part hooks over the rear spring eye and front mount attaches to the spring perch. Very easy install, but to do properly you need to get rear of truck up, take wheels off and install while rear end has no load. Actually took longer to get rear of truck up on jack stands and remove rear wheels than to install the set-up. All nut n bolt...very easy.

Checked my oil level this afternoon, since the last oil change. I was low a bit since I put in 6 qts and dropped the hood didn't bother checking the level when I was done.
Took the oil cap off, Vanilla pudding anyone?
Feel so bad for the motor, between the cold weather and the short trips back and fourth to work, 4 miles to and 4 from (total 8 miles a day) I don't let the oil warm up
Taking the long way to and from work here on in.
Need to get out more.....

Hi Folks,

A bit of an update. Since my hitch cost close to $300, it is a desirable piece to steal. The solution was to install a locking hitch pin, but during my research, I found the common locking hitch pin has the lock axial with the length of the pin with a deep groove cut in the pin. Hitch thieves scoff at this as easy to defeat. They take a long pipe of larger diameter than the lock cylinder and snap off the lock with a healthy pull. That is where LetsGoAero design defeats the thief.
A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion....

https://letsgoaero.com/silent-hitch-pin-5-8-press-on-locking-anti-rattle-pin-for-2-hitches/

Here is a video to explain this improvement

Best,
Phil
:(☹

Very true on both statements, hate you are so far away from NC. I would be glad to let you drive mine. I have a topper on it and that seems to have made it worse.
When you coming to the beach side of the state with your truck?

can you post a picture of the whole truck showing the splash guards? I have not seen any good pictures of them from a distance.
I got them with the reward points and were one of the first mods on the truck. I think they look good on the Cyber Orange with Black Appearance Package. Here are a few angles I have of them at some distance. I figured with your truck being BAP equipped like mine, seeing the mud flaps on body colored wheel well trim may be of more use.

It pulls and rides fine though. The only one I didn't really like was the Element, too little tongue weight and couldn't move it forward anymore without putting the hood into the tire rack. I didn't really tweak the RS on the trailer, but it may have been a little too tongue heavy, but that was just a test fit if I could get the car on the trailer before I bought the trailer. I still need to add new tie down points on the trailer to use it with the RS on the road.
