BLUF: How do I get rid of headlight moisture?
I have a confession - the first thing I did to my truck was install LED bulbs in the halogen housings.
After realizing the cover wouldn't fit back on I left them installed, after all I had no issues with my subi not having the back cover on them for 3 years.
Welp, apparently moisture got into one of the headlight housings - no idea how as I have not driven through excessive puddles in my truck... And it is only on the passengers side.
Fast forward to getting back from vacay ~2 weeks ago. I removed the led bulbs and put the stock bulbs and covers back on.... But I still have a bunch of moisture - see below images.
So, how do I get rid of the moisture? I've tried removing the cover and parking into the sun, driving with headlights on always.... Seems like that makes it worse. I have half a mind to get some of those absorption beads from work and put them in a tea bag and leave them for a couple days...
Any thoughts from the peanut gallery?
I appreciate the assistance.
