BLUF: How do I get rid of headlight moisture?

I have a confession - the first thing I did to my truck was install LED bulbs in the halogen housings.

After realizing the cover wouldn't fit back on I left them installed, after all I had no issues with my subi not having the back cover on them for 3 years.

Welp, apparently moisture got into one of the headlight housings - no idea how as I have not driven through excessive puddles in my truck... And it is only on the passengers side.

Fast forward to getting back from vacay ~2 weeks ago. I removed the led bulbs and put the stock bulbs and covers back on.... But I still have a bunch of moisture - see below images.

So, how do I get rid of the moisture? I've tried removing the cover and parking into the sun, driving with headlights on always.... Seems like that makes it worse. I have half a mind to get some of those absorption beads from work and put them in a tea bag and leave them for a couple days...

Any thoughts from the peanut gallery?

I appreciate the assistance.

Id remove the bulbs and everything out of the way, then using the "cool" setting on a hair dryer just blow the air in there til its dry.

Then either swap for better fitting bulbs or go back to stock...

Rice.

Drop a bunch of rice in there.

After its done its job tape up a drinking straw to the end of a vacuum hose and remove.
This works too. Short grain white rice would work faster.

I'm married to a vietnamese woman, I'm a bit of a rice expert now.

I always ask for my rice separate from a dish when I eat out and for it to be in a bowl.

Honestly I bet the Japanese hate the way they put rice on the plate with the dish of Hibachi because most customers don't know how to use chopsticks.

Rice is to be ate from a bowl with sticks, like God intended.

It is not good Asian food unless you have a bowl to your lips shoveling it in.
