No headlight turn signal

Hi, i want to know why my front headlight turn signal doesn't have power, the side mirror and the rear signals are working but the front isn't, I'm sure it's not a bulb problem because i tried new bulbs and even the old bulbs aren't blown please help

What does your ford dealer say? Is there power to the plug on the bulb socket?
