I have one similar to the one below. We use to use it all winter long for heating up the garages on the houses we were painting every winter back east. Just crack a window or door and fire it up and it'll warm up the garage in a few minutes. Now the lower ground area will still be cold (heat rises) but it's manageable to work in there. **Again make sure you vent the fumes and have a door or window open.

So after taking a wheel off and looking around and checking things to see if they were tight I found nothing lose on the truck the only thing that might be making a noise is the inner fender carpet thing near the cabin so I took that and bent it out of the way I don’t think this was my noise but tbh idk what it could be…
I have a similar noise. Left side clunk when turning left. Mine is more at parking lot speed. I figured the tire was hitting something but I dont see any signs of wear on the plastic or anything. The idea for the tie rod is a good one. I remember trying to torque the top and the ball was spinning from the back so I just got it tight and said good enough. May look at that again in the spring when the snow melts. Right now I have heard the clunk less than 5 times in 1 year of ownership.
So, I got my upsized BFG KO2's on, they are 265/70R17's with no lift. I had a grinding noise while making hard lefts. My first though was "Well damn, all those buttmunches who said 265/70R17's would fit were wrong and now I'm going to have to start cutting stuff out of my wheel wells!"

But you guys were right. hahah. They fit fine with no rubbing. What it was, the dorks at the dealership who have been doing my oil changes have left half the plugs out for the rubber flaps and one was rubbing on the wheel. A stop at Autozone for a couple of quick 6mm body plugs and I was good to go.

This probably might not be the issue you guys have, kinda sounds more serious, but might be worthwhile to investigate the simple stuff. I could see visible rub marks.

thats interesting since mine have been on for roughly that amount of time frame... i checked some last night but its rather cold so i went up stairs haha but everything was tightened and had Loctite put on it and the few things i checked they were all tight atm im suspecting the sway bar or leafs in the rear end but the noise is more towards the front so im guessing sway bar but its tight and not broken and i even checked with a pry bar and it wouldnt move like if it was lose or bad so i have no idea
I couldn't reproduce the thunk to save my life but it eventually got bad enough that it thunked over every bump. I figured whatever was going would fall off and I would have answer. when I pulled it off, the strut had absolutely no rebound. it would give resistance but not bounce back so they got replaced with Bilsteins

Someone else had an issue with the bed mounting/cab mounting points to the frame being loose and causing a clunk of sorts. If you feel it on the driver's side on left turns then it would stand to reason the loose mount would be driver side as well.

Worth having a look at those pending some warmth!

Hmm that’s interesting to have a body mount fail did it happen pretty early with them or just randomly start?

Dont think it failed, just was never tightened properly to begin with. Now that you're lifted there's probably more body roll and lateral forces on the cab in a turn.

Ah interesting ya the level didn’t raise it to much which is what I wanted but it did change it a bit

So I’ve noticed this occasionally I the mornings. I have a stock STX no lift. I feel it through the floorboard but it sounds almost like a solenoid click or something. Almost sounds like when you push the lumbar support into the seat kind of a slight bump/creaking sound almost. Weird but it’s been intermittent and I haven’t found anything that would be causing it. Doesn’t sound mechanical. My seat also seems to be mounted fine but who knows. But have I’ve noticed this exact thing.

sorry i never looked at this one! but yes mine is very similar it sounds like ive looked at the seat but nothing it for sure sounds like something is binding and then coming loose so my guess is the tie rod sadly i havent had time to take it off and test hopefully one of these days i will or what ever it is will just break!

The anti sway bar end link mounts have to be properly torqued or they will make random popping/thunk type noises in curves as that is when the sway bar exerts the most pressure on the end links. Worth putting a torque wrench on them to ensure they are actually torqued properly. You have to use an open ended socket wrench and an allen type wrench to hold the bolt while tightening it otherwise they don't fully tighten.
