Suggestions for securing telescopic ladder to rack panels?

Ok, maybe I was not clear enough, I am looking for a way to mount it while not in use (aka collapsed and mounted sideways), not for when its opened up. The ones I am looking at already come with quick detach ends that can hook over my panels when in use.
