What ladder rack would work for my ranger

I acquired 2 Old town 120 Pdls last June and got my ranger in October last year my former vehicle was not able to load both kayaks flat next to each other on the top of that vehicle. I'm in the market if looking at what ladder racks would work so I could have both on the Malone megawing mounts. I have a 21 ranger supercrew so the bed is 5' I'm just worried about putting them l in the bed for a 3+hr drive. I've looked at the Yakima overhaul seems right but the price is a little too much. I have the retrax pro tonneau cover so I'm not sure of any other options.
Please advise if possible

Possibilities are endless with racks… Whether or not they’ll work with your bed cover is a different issue. I had to modify mine slightly to make it fit. I cut the ears off that wrap into the bed and bolted it down straight from the top. My cover sits inside the bed rails so it was easy to make it fit. My wife’s cover sits on top of the bed rails so modifying a rack to fit her truck would be a different animal.

The rack I chose for my truck is made by Allied Expedition but I’m not sure if they’re in business anymore. It’s cab height but the back crossbar sits lower than the front so it works with my kayaks and ladders.

If you have the RetraxPro XR model with the T-channels, then the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Rack will work if you add the Tonneau Adapter Kit for the uprights to slide into the tracks. The RealTruck Elevate Rack is also a compatible option and will slide right into the tracks like you see on @bmidd's build with the TS rails and Lo Pro.
