We did that in peace corps for container office. Open the window, mount one of these portable AC's into it and plastic sheet to cover the excess hole. Duct tape everything in place. Electricity came from diesel genset

the old super beetle baja bugs! i still think they are cool. id have to lather up in bacon grease to get in one and drive but they were neat lil rigs.
