Radio sound not working

Just picked up my new Ranger Tremor and today after eating lunch I got back in my truck and no sound from the radio. Is there a mute button I may have hit without knowing?

Push in on the left radio dial for mute.

it's also kinda easy to bump the volume knob and turn it to 0 really quickly.

Doesn’t that just turn the radio on and off?

Could also try a reset. Hold down the power and seek next buttons together until the Ford logo comes back up.

Could be, I don't use the power button much, just leave it on all of the time

Sounds like a dealership issue then, short of pulling the negative battery cable for 10 minutes or so and chanting some good juju over it.

With all of the 'decontenting' Ford is doing with the Ranger, maybe your Ranger only received part of the radio......

What was the source?

Bluetooth audio from your phone? Perhaps it was paused or seeking service?

I've had same issue with mine. But sync be gone I have a new Android head unit.
