Hit the gas on the last yellow vs the green light. The R/t will drop (not e/t) but it can still win you a race.

I have one .000 light (LED tree). Also one (Red light) -0.001 light..... I was pissed.

The triple zero was in a slow ass car but I nailed the light and rollout. Got a 16.8 sec 1/4 after that light (can't remember the 60ft). Still beat a faster car. I had the slip and a pic of the launch/display board for the longest. Not sure where they are now.

Looks good for the 1/8th but I can never remember what is or isn't good. Always focused on the 1/4. That second half of the race seems like it would be good for a turbo charged pickup.

No that’s in 2wd with shifter in s mode and shifting automatically, and it ran 74 mph all night except for that run, that run was actually the finals in the street class, I hit brakes just before finish line but still broke out, and it knocked 1 mph off

Good to know before I bring mine out. That is "a lot" of lag on the trucks side. I am more accustom to small cars with manual transmissions.

The truck runs very consistent, ran 3 9.70’s in a row, and the 9.67 in the finals, air temp was cooler. The truck is hard for me to cut a good light in! Mid track the truck seems to pull good for a completely stock truck with 7000 miles on it

Yea I got a maverick “street” car that moves out instantly with the front tires about a foot off the ground, so it’s way different driving this truck at the track

If you get a chance the next time you get to run a test 'n tune, try sport mode in 4x4 with the TC off. Hold approx 2000 RPM at the tree to build a little boost. :sunglasses:

I was brake stalling it to almost 2500, it just has a lot of lag till it gets out about a truck length

Try it with the TC off and see if that is actually lag or the computer searching for traction.

As far as your consistency is concerend, I bet your locals just hate you as is in the street class.

First night at a track... Grand National stood up to on two tires on me. Beat me in everything... R/t to E/t

Dude was probably parked and taking piss by the time I got my ticket.
I wanted a Grand National back in the day. Actually, still do.
