lol Ya, I know……has yours been built yet? Mines there waiting…….got me in a bind, this is my work vehicle, and old connect van gone now (tranny issues couple months ago, didn’t make sense to put a tranny in with this built) so we currently only have one personal vehicle for biz and pleasure. And for those times where me or wife need to be two diff places kinda impossible now lol ?‍ That and built for couple months and sitting four hours away waiting for me…….frustrated to say least. Anyone else have this delivery delay issue? I know I’ve seen production issues, but when you see units at dealer built month and a half after mine…..head scratcher.

Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster…..just wondering if anyone has similar situation or an idea as to why delay? Ordered XLT crew on Jan 18, built in April and first of many shipping notices in middle of May, thought things were going good, still no truck? I’ve gotten an updated shipping date pretty much weekly since, still no truck at dealer. Dealer has called Ford, always same thing, ‘they say will be here end of week’ was first told in May it was loaded on a carrier, kicker is my dealer is only four hours away from plant! I am in Ontario Canada. Must be takin scenic route? Possibly thru Florida, then Alaska? I’ve seen Rangers at other dealers as well as mine that were built in May and even one there now built in June! What gives? Any insight would be great? Congrats to all whom have gotten their trucks, I’m looking forward to it being worth the wait!

I am in the same situation as you. Ordered mine Feb 17 (confirmed on the 18th), In production May 12, built May 22, "shipped" June 2. still nothing. Original estimated date to arrive in Manitoba was June 16-22, then July 5-11, and then before the 11th even happened a new date of July 8-14, and now as of yesterday its July 19-25. Dealer told me it was sitting in a rail yard which i'm pretty sure he pulled that out his ass and that its still in Michigan not actually shipped lol Fords internal tracking shows still at ramp 44 and "received" but that's it.

Just talked to my dealer (since they messed up my email address I don't get any updates from Ford). They're expecting my truck "early August" which has moved from 7/17-7/23. Hope this doesn't keep moving.

We received an email on 06/14/22 stating the truck has been built & is scheduled to arrive at the dealer between 07/13/22 & 07/19/22.

Got a phone call from the dealer 07/08/22 saying the truck had arrived & they were prepping it. We picked it up 07/12/22. We ordered the tool box but was told Ford doesn't offer it anymore. And the all weather floor mats didn't make the build either. We ordered some Weather Tech mats that will be here in a few days. I can't wait to reach 1,000 miles so we can pull the camper out for a weekend trip.

Been quite a few pages since I posted since getting my truck.
Finally got told to take it to the body shop in 2 weeks to get the paint issues and a dent taking care of due to either sitting on Fords lot while collecting dirt or during shipping either wat Ford is paying to have it taken care of so I'll be happy.

Once I get it back I'm going by the dealership to use the FordPass points toward getting a tonneau cover and think I'm going to have to breakdown and buy some nodrill mud flaps...I look at my tires and they always seem to have rocks in them, hate to be throwing rocks at people behind me.

Rec'd my VIN on Jun 23 with a build date of Aug 15th (so far that's the latest build date I've seen posted).

Three weeks later (today) ppl get a VIN and a build date of Aug 1st. Go figure.

I got my email today as well. Scheduled for the week of August 1st.

That's just a couple weeks!! Congrats!

Interesting when I look up my VIN on Ford for my order (scheduled to be built week of August 8) this is what I see:

Even when I add the VIN to my Ford account, I get the same, And yes, I clicked links and/or copied and pasted the VIN from the email.

So maybe we are getting trucks that have been recycled.... Or maybe it means all of the items deleted since 2019 will actually be on my truck. (LED headlights, hood struts, etc. etc.) ?

Seriously, when Ford can't even manage the digital aspects of their site (meaning decoding a VIN correctly), is it any wonder there are so many build and shipping issues.
