Missing bolt on tailgate pillar?

I just noticed that my new XL has an open bolt hole on each side of the tailgate pillar, above the tailgate latch (see photo). Does anyone know if this is for attaching some kind of bed accessory, or am I missing a bolt on each side?

There are eight more in the box, At least on the 6ft box.
When I did my bedliner, I had them protect the threads for future use.

Aha! I found all the other holes, which were less visible due to the spray-in bedliner protecting them. The two on the tailgate pillar were simply omitted from the bedliner materials, so were visible. Mystery solved!
