Good luck hope yours gets fixed. Pulling my front driveshaft this weekend to verify that’s what is causing the vibration.

You mean Fiat right? There are no more true Jeeps anymore unfortunately. Those went away a long time ago. Also they are overpriced for what you dont get.
Just like Toyota's.

UPDATE

So Ford is paying to have my tires replaced. They'll be putting on K02's, which I was able to choose. Looked at a bunch of tires, but overall the most respected, rated and reviewed over time seemed to be the K02.

So, let's see what results from it all.
Hell, I'd learn to live with the vibes if they'd buy me those tires.

UPDATE: finally got my Ranger back with the K02's and a fresh alignment. Must sat it feels like a different truck now. Most of the harshness and wheel vibration is gone. Exceptionally quiet now. Still got some of the vibrations but not nearly like it was. I'm gonna call it a win and just drive the shit out of it now. Once I get the off road teardrop camper done, I head on the cross-country trip to Mt. Whitney for a little hike!!

Welp. The Tremor back at the dealer... vibration back again with a vengeance. Confirmed NOT to be the rear driveshaft as they simply removed it and drove without it. No change. Not the tires/wheels. Perfect on hunter road force balancer multiple times. No issues with the spacers.

They are still digging. Starting to go through the front end now.

This has got to get resolved before my 5000 mile trip across the country in July. I hate this shit. Just wanna drive the darn thing.
I'm current having the same issues with my 2022 Lariat. I noticed a vibration at 50+ mph. It's been to two different dealers (only has 1500 miles.) One dealer said it was roadforce balancing with the tires and replaced two tires. Still noticed the vibration at 50+ took it to another Ford dealer and they say it's an engineering issues with the front differential. Needless to say I've driven a loaner car longer than my Ranger.

I can only tell you that it is night and day after getting rid of those Generals... the never would balance. K02s seem to have eliminated the problem for me. I've heard the front diff had been a problem for some too. Don't give up. But it does suck, I know.

I've got the Hankook AT2s. Everything is still factory. I haven't had it long enough to do any modifications yet. Yota is looking better as time goes on.

Did you find a resolution to this yet?

It's BACK. So pissed. Took a 5500 mile trip to California. New K02s felt , well OK. Came home. Feels like I've got snow inside the wheel again. All speeds. Horrible at 70mph.
Looking for another vehicle.

It was there BEFORE and AFTER the spacers and lift. No difference.
Have they tried rotating the tires to see if the vibration moves to a different place?

I did, the second dealer I took the Ranger to was able to find an issue with a front differential. This was a manufacturing problem from Ford. After two sets of replacement parts the front differential was finally replaced and I have no issues. Or at least with the differential a windshield and check engine light or separate issues that are being addressed.

Any update on this?
From what I can tell mine is front driveshaft angle. Only downside is I can’t find a shop around me to do a custom one and idk what the stock measurements are to order one. I’ve been thinking of calling Tom woods to see what they can do but it’s on the back burner since my back surgery and now my wife wants to ditch the leveling kit and do a full lift and 35s ?
