Welp. The Tremor back at the dealer... vibration back again with a vengeance. Confirmed NOT to be the rear driveshaft as they simply removed it and drove without it. No change. Not the tires/wheels. Perfect on hunter road force balancer multiple times. No issues with the spacers.

They are still digging. Starting to go through the front end now.

This has got to get resolved before my 5000 mile trip across the country in July. I hate this shit. Just wanna drive the darn thing.

The front strut spacers may have brought up an issue but not in a way you need to get rid of them. What could have happened is when the alignment was done the Toe was set to 0. How is that a problem you ask? Well when you hop in the truck is will cause the Toe to go out into the negatives. This will result in the tires fighting wich way to go(left and right) and that will give you vibrations in the steering at higher speeds. This is something I discovered after I installed the Old Man EMU suspension on my truck.

Also with the wheel spacers it could be amplifying that effect too. Just something to keep in mind.

As a suggestion have the dealer check the alignment. If its where I feel have them align it with you in it or adjust toe in to 0.04 on both.

does the vibration coincide with speed? driving fast vibration is faster, drive slow vibration is slower, or does the vibration increase or decrease intensity with speeds?

Did the vibration start AFTER you installed the spacer and the level ? If so, maybe a slightly out of round spacer ?

sounds like a joyful experience.
or the shop is cheap and doesn't own an analyser

I'd find a better shop
It's one of the largest dealers in Michigan so you'd think they would have one...

It was there BEFORE and AFTER the spacers and lift. No difference.

Have they checked the front CV shafts? I Had this happen once on a 4X4 where a CV joint was bad was causing a bad vibration. Took forever to find it. It never clicked or caused any other issues. Just vibration through the speed range of the truck.

This is where my thoughts are too. They are slowly eliminating things and are in the front. If I were to guess and only had the seat of pants to use as my gauge, I would swear it was a wheel bearing or cv joint. The feel is exactly what you get from a bad wheel bearing, you can actually hear the resonance... and it's horrible at even lower speeds like 20 mph and 40-50...

It also makes sense with the 2nd order vibration assessment from NVH on my phone. It's two times per wheel revolution.

2010 F150 4X4 and had vibration at almost identical speed ranges. The outer CV joint on the passenger side had a very minor failure in the cage causing a miss-alignment of the joint at speed. This resulted in bad vibration of the entire front end of the truck.

I would have to feel it to really see whats going on. To me it is almost starting to sound like the normal harmonic of the engine at low RPM under load wich is NORMAL for a 4 cylinder(what others on here consider lugging). But again without getting in the truck I could not tell you.
