Still waiting...Was going to wait until next week and contact the dealer but did so today.
They're supposed to be checking on it. Guess we'll see
I'll give it a little longer, but at some point I'll look and see if other dealerships have got something or look for something else . I'm not brand loyal so if there's a Chevy/GMC out there I may look at one of those

If you look back at the production schedule you will see that cleanup scheduling is going on and that in between last month and this month they were building retail orders and also the special edition splash Rangers. Their is no production scheduling last week or next week but if you look ahead 5/30 - 6/27 that is also cleanup scheduling I believe the week after next there will be a bunch of us getting scheduled!? So keep the faith my fellow Rangers (THEY WILL COME) !!!!!!

At this point, I think it would be a good idea for Ford to at least reach out and make contact with those who placed orders several months ago and have yet to hear a single word from them about the status of their order. There've got to be thousands of customers out there who suspect their order has been lost. Economic sweeteners should be considered.

There have got to be so many unfilled 2022 orders that you're got to wonder if they'll all be filled for the 2022 model year. I’m almost hoping they won’t fill mine and I re-load for a 2023 next generation.
They'd have to sweeten the pot quite a bit for me to stick around at this point.

I still can’t understand Ford’s thinking on orders, wouldn’t it be right if orders were taken in the order that they were receive? All this crazy shit with people waiting less than three months for a truck and getting it. Don’t get me wrong I am glad that people are getting their vehicles but it is not great customer service to make some wait and then cancel orders on other’. Ford definitely better get their head out of their ass if the want to keep customers. This crap with dealer allocation is definitely bullshit, either you want to sell vehicles or not forget all the games.

What a night. Never experienced picking up a vehicle like this before. I thought all of the deal was done when I ordered (selling price etc). It started off when took uber to the dealer (my wife doesn't drive freeways or where she doesn't know has vision problems). He got on the freeway and his transmission wouldn't shift. He got off and dropped us off at a Target store 15 miles away from the dealer. My wife said it wasn't his fault but kind of is. I said it was his fault he bought a damn chyrsler. Called the salesman to tell him we would be late so he came and picked us up. Then when we started to do the paper work they all of a sudden dropped a $3500 fee on top of what we had already agreed upon. At this I blew up. My wife finally had to tell me to go outside she would handle it. The sales manager was a dick. All he could say was 'we can sell the truck for 10000 over sticker.' Finally my wife asked him for documentation that they were forcing us to pay this so when we went to a lawyer with what I had signed before on the price of the truck. Finally decided they would drop half the fees so I figured instead of getting the truck below sticker I would be paying about sticker price. The finance manager was hearing all of this going on. When he got the paper work he had us come in to sign papers and he told us that he dropped all of the fees and the deal ended up a little better than before. He said that there had been new management since I had ordered my truck and they were putting on these fees which he didn't agree with since I never signed to them. So after all of the hassle we finally left the dealership with the truck and a little better deal than before.

and it is Hot Pepper Red and has a hood prop

There sure are a lot of dealerships making bad names for themselves through these times. All I hope is, when times get good again, that people remember these dealers and never go back to them again.

Also, getting a $10k markup on a Ranger just isn't going to happen, that salesman is in dream land. A proper spec Bronco, maybe, but not a Ranger. The dealer I bought my Tremor off the lot from knocked their $5k markup completely off and added no other hidden fees.

It is hot pepper red. That was the photo salesman sent and it is a little redder than in person.

Well hot dang...
The dealer ordered Ranger I put money down on finally says Shipped after weeks of being stuck at built and also days of Ford Order Tracker not pulling it up.

Just checked and also fainted LOL Heck maybe it's been shipped and just getting updated on Ford Tracker. But I'm guessing maybe two weeks ? Hopefully before Memorial Day weekend.
Wish me luck
