This is from someone here on the forum suggesting how to make oil filter changes easier. Just JB Weld the nut-thingie (official term) in place of the breakable clip/screws and easy peasy.

I got the 18mm but only because they didn't have 12mm. I think the original poster did 12mm but also said there's plenty of room for longer ones.
They might delete the entire engine, then no need for oil changes (that's me, always thinkin'). =DMaybe you'll get lucky and by the time you get yours, they deleted the shield altogether.

It never ends Rick. lol I don't drive a lot of highway miles here but we're going on a road trip in June. I've already estimated it'll be around 3,000-3,500 miles and most will be highway so the deflector will most likely get a workout.
