It does help if dealer has allocation. It doesn't if they don't. I was 10. It does help. If they have 4 ranger orders and your at 10 and others at 15, 16 and 19th. If ford has your parts for your build. Yours will get pulled. Why it sucks to be at 19. If other orders after your was taken. They will get pulled first. Again if dealer doesn't have any allocation for the month, none of this will matter till they do. Then you in good shape.

And I believe if they are all at Priority Code 10, and your dealer has 4 orders, but allocation for 2, then it will revert to the date of the order and then all parts being available. I am suspicious my dealer either has no allocation or a lot of Ranger orders, as they have ignored that question in my email when answering my emails. I usually touch base with them by phone on Fridays, so will bring that up tomorrow.

I can't say 100% but don't believe you can have more than one customer per slot (10). 10-19 ford customers, not retail. Some body else might be able to confirm that as far a more than one custom order per slot. I just highly doubt that would work, on my understanding of the whole process on outdated system

Mine says 14 are in the same "Not Shipped" status. There must be some serious shipping delays now.

Well, I will find out tomorrow. If that is really the case, then I will know either how many are ahead of me (if they say we can move you to 15, than I would guess there are 5 ahead of me) or that I would be the next scheduled when they have allocation.

Yes The option to delete this feature was not an option for me in late January. But others shortly after were reporting that FORD was giving customers the option. Now it seems FORD has made the decision to eliminate this feature (i'm sure it's because of the chip shortage). I for one did not want this option or the tech associated with it. Again, my personal choice. Saves me the aggravation of getting the ASS Eliminator or programing this out.

Well, it's annoying on my Dad's 2019, it was annoying on his Escape as well, it was very annoying on my MINI and it has never really reliably worked consistently on my current F-150.

I'm happy to see it go.

I love how ford is so unapologetic with these delay update emails. Oh you're gonna have to wait one more month on top of your 5-7 month wait. Too bad go fuck yourself but we know you're brainwashed and will buy our piece of shit trucks anyway.


NOW, that said, I've been keeping tabs on my order via ford and the order track site. Order track site is showing

There are currently 2 other vehicles being tracked in the same status.

am I correct to assume this means my truck is currently sharing the same shipment pack list as two other rangers/broncos? Up until today it was only 1 other.

Quick update from my end.

- Order placed on Feb 1
- Original build date April 4
- New Build date April 11

This morning I checked and I have a window sticker with a blend date of 4/12!

Talked to my dealer and he said it usually takes 8 weeks to ship so expect it in June. I'm in Colorado. 8 weeks seems dreadfully long!!

I am in Colorado as well and am getting mine from Interstate Ford in Dacono. This is my time line.

Ordered: 12/17/21
In Prod: 3/14 (I also had my build date pushed back a week)
Built: 3/26
Dealer called me around then and said it's scheduled to arrive between 4/9 and 4/15.

I obviously have yet to take possession but if this timeline pans out I think 8 weeks to ship to Colorado seems odd.

Mine is also part of that group of 17. My guess is it must be ones that have the same sort of delay whether it is rail or convoy. Mine has no info other then awaiting shipment and rail at the bottom. In the internal system that the dealer can look at Delay - Rail Carrier is the only status.

If you have your dealer look at the order in their system and have a production or shipping delay these will be what is listed. If it is shipped and delayed at some rail or convoy yard generally it will give a bit more info where it is at, but not always.

The Ford order tracker still shows "Order Confirmed", and no window sticker - however, the "Order Track" site that I've picked up on this thread has a window sticker and "in production" status. Blend Date shows 04/13/2022.

I've got no new emails at all this week so far.

The excitement here is building in me, my new truck is getting close!
