i was emailing the owner of suma performance, as they do wide angle replacement glass for a lot of toyotas. i had their mirrors on my tacoma and they were great.
he doesn’t have anything for rangers yet, but he said if he sees enough interest he will produce them.

im hoping we get enough interest because these were great on my tacoma. oem looking, but stupid wide.

Interseting. Wonder if they'd be up for a group buy for initial batch? That would help them gauge interest, and get more people on board quickly...

Please take no offence, but I think calling these towing mirrors is a stretch. Even Suma does not mention that. They are blind spot reduction mirrors, and for that I'm sure they do an excellent job.

For towing a travel trailer the mirrors need to be extendable. Like the upcomming Clearviews. The Sumas give you a wider view but do not give you the ability to see the back corner of your trailer. For that the mirrors need to be able to be out farther than the stock mirrors.

your right, i should watch my wording probably.

i did use these on my tacoma to tow the 20’ travel trailer- they worked really well. not as good as a telescoping tow mirror, but really good for oem looking.

Ooh, I'd be on board with buying those. One thing I miss from my Focus ST was that wide angle section of the mirror, been looking for a clean way to get the wide view back for my Ranger.
