Just SOME of the Warnings I Got Today

I feel for you. In the early 2000s I had a new VW Jetta diesel that was doing something similar. I'd be driving along and BOING! The dash would light up like a Christmas tree. Happened a dozen times and each time the dealer assured me it was fixed. No fun.

All those messages are related to the ABS system. There is also a ABS light on the dash. Maybe a wheel speed sensor or maybe a wiring or connection issue.

Mine threw all of those codes while on the dyno fyi. Unsure as to what exactly caused it, but I’d double check to make sure everything is plugged in. IMO not a big deal, as long as it doesn’t keep doing it.

Ford Dealership is on Day Three of diagnosis! Unitl then I have a new F150 to drive around in so I'm not complaining too much yet!

Well, Dealer spent 3 days doing system testing and test drives and could not determine the cause. No repeat of the warnings since first event. Will test drive with technician today and bring it home. Since this is a a Lease and not a purchase, will Ford treat it as a Rental and swap it out at some point or am I stuck with it for the entire Lease period?

Sounds very similar to my post yesterday except that mine died as well. I got to shoulder, took key out and the restarted and all warnings went away and have not come back...yet.

30+ days since I got it back from dealer and no repeated warnings! Fingers crossed!

Actually I hope it brings attention to the possibility of a system flaw. Multiple Rangers have had similar experiences and it may uncover something that needs Ford’s attention!

Actually you do! There is a camera in the black housing at the top of the windshield behind the rear-view mirror that is used for lane keeping/auto headlights ect. If the windshield is really fogged up or icy you might get this message.

You do have a front-facing camera. Up by the mirror, it is used w/ lane departure and if you look closely from outside there is a hash line that goes in front of it on the windshield that must be a calibration mark. The screen is "Windshield" which could be a bug or something splattered in front of it. Happens, and during the winter the radar upfront get's snow-covered at times if wet snow, I just wipe it off. That will interfere with your adaptive cruise and vehicle collision warnings.

i had something like this happen when I had a bad sensor on my Colorado.
Basically you get all the alerts because it shuts down stuff like traction control etc as a precaution.

What is odd I was watching a YouTube reviewer and this exact same thing happened on the Ranger they were reviewing.
All the warnings came on and then they pulled over and they went off.
