We talked about that at the shop. If we need to we'll just move the ARB bumper forward a tad. They aren't convinced it'll need that, though. I guess we shall see after next Friday. I'll post updates of course.
The bumper will be fine. The front crash bars on the otherhand just need to be pushed forward(assuming you didnt remove them)

Also did you mean 285/70-17 or 285/75-17?

Oops, I did mean 70, not 75.

Yep, I've already removed them when I had the Summit installed.

With that said you.should be fine. If anything to prevent rubbing 1/4 inch wheel spacers or the O.Z. Rally Raid wheels will bump the tires out enough where the tires wont rub the Framework.

Mind you I have Firestone Destination XT's in the 285/70-17 and I only had to worry about rub on the Framework with stock wheels and no spacers.

Also tye Destination XT's are.much lighter compared to other fires in the same size and load range

I'm not sure what tire I'll end up with. I'm running the BFG's currently, and they have been outstanding. I beat on them pretty good off pavement.

BFG K02's are popular for a good reason but I can promise you from experience the Firestone Destination XT is a better tire for both on and OffRoad. I have a thread on here for it(probably a few pages back).

Here is a link on tire rack that includes my review and I saw a review from someone else that came from the K02

Thanks for the link - I had a read.

I'm not a diehard BFG guy, I'm willing to try a different tire. I may end up giving these a go.

Except the crash bars were not being hit. It was the frame being hit so therefore the crash bars will be fine. If I install 1/4 inch wheel spacers or go with a wheel that bumps the tire put a 1/4 inch then then I would not have any rub.
That's interesting...must be your combination of wheel size/tire/offset...it's all good...I couldn't make it work with my combination without removing the bars...

Is your latest still on your build thread? 17x9 +20mm offset with 1.25" spacers (so a -10 roughly?). I know you lost crash bars entirely, but assuming with that offset on 285s you had to do some more work to avoid rubbing?

I am running 17x8.5 +35 and was playing around with a 1" spacer (putting me roughly at a +10) to get more backspacing for some suspension mods I want to do and while my ReadyLift bars were not being hit, the plastic waffle on the back was definitely rubbing at full lock.

I am actually planning on switching to a 0mm offset and planning on removing the waffle and potentially trimming the liner when they get here. I don't really want that low of an offset, but the wheels I want only come in a +35 and a +0 and the +35 on 8.5" wheels is same backspacing as the stock wheels were for me. The 1" spacer is probably about perfect, but I would need to trim the lugs and don't relish the idea of that much cutting. Ahh the fun of wheels

Figured I'd post a better picture showing the rake. The first image I posted looked more extreme due to my driveway slope. I'm not saying it's level, but it's pretty close to what it was stock. Also, keep in mind this is an empty bed save for the GoFast (weighs a tad under 300 lbs). The new leafs are markedly better at bump dampening. I'm still running stock shocks in the rear. Bilstein and Fox are both on backorder for what I want. We'll see who gets stock in first.

Update: welp, got some shuddering going on during moderate acceleration. Took it back to the shop and they installed a shim on the driveline. That helped quite a bit but it's still there somewhat. A suspension / driveline expert I am not, but they mentioned something about shims for the leafs to change some...angle. Anyway, I'll see what they wanna do next.

Sounds about right due to the little extra lift of the medium load springs. I did not have the issue with my truck using standard load springs. Once the angle is corrected it will help considerably

285 70 17's, new wheels with a just slightly wider offset, changed out my crash bars for Readylifts, new UCA's and only trimmed the front splash guards (got rid of the inward tilt). I only had a tiny rub while backing out of my driveway (slight downhill) at full turn of the steering wheel, the rub was so slight it barely make a mark on the plastic. Zero rubbing after the plastic trimming.

Makes sense. These springs do add a bit more lift than I had initially anticipated. I suspect fully laden it'll be just about perfect.

The shop has taken great interest in my rig as it's the only 2WD Ranger they've run across. I'll post specifics once it's all sorted out for anyone else that may run into this.

Curious what UCA's and wheels you went with. I wasn't looking at swapping out wheels right now, but there are some Method's that look pretty darn good I was considering.

BDS Uca and the pic is the label off the rim box, Matt @Discount Tire found the wheels for me, special order. He is a TON of help! Went with Wildpeak at3w

Spend the extra $ and use road force balancing and install hub-centric rings. After I did those last 2 things, ive had no vibration at any speed.

Forgot to add that I did the 1st ring on my Bilstein 5100s plus a readylift 2 inch lift. Gave me the clearance, levelling and maintained ride quality on the road. The readylift uses a spacer above and below the strut/ spring.
