I just got a call from my salesman that my production date has been moved back from 3/7 to 3/21. Chips are the suspected culprit.
He also told me Ford is shutting down several, I believe the number was 6, production lines so it could have been worse I guess. Just more time for the snow to thaw before driving it..... that's me trying to keep a positive attitude about it all.

Mine was bumped from 3/7 to 3/14

Looks like an April delivery date if there are no more delays

I will look at the Production schedule on Monday and see if there is any change but as of last Monday MAP was working the Max number of production hours possible.

Unfortunately, you are probably right. I say the first half of April, the wife says the end of April.

These delays were discussed in another thread.

But my original order (which I actually canceled last week), ordered 1/12, received production date of 3/7 on 1/20, was also bumped to 3/14.

My new and current order, on 1/24, I'm still waiting for a production date.

Spoke with my dealer today and they have no clue what is causing the delays and to be rescheduled twice now. Any insight on the delays would be nice to know.

Currently borrowing a vehicle since September because my brother in law totaled mine. This latest delay hurts a bit.

I notice most of these pushed out are supercabs. They’re a small percentage of total production so supercrews are their focus it looks

Hopefully for you they are moving mine out to complete yours, and not jacking around the schedules. I'm good with first in first out as it seems fair to all.

That would suck if that’s the case. I forgot to mention. I also ordered a 6’ bed instead of the more common 5’ bed.

2022 Ranger SuperCrew XLT Tremor
Ordered my XLT SuperCrew Tremor 12/27/21. Order was confirmed 12/28/21. Received production week of 2/28/22 on 1/27/22. My sales consultant informed me yesterday production has been pushed back 1 week to 3/7/22.

The Ranger isn't currently a "hot product" but the fact that it comes down the final production line with a very "hot product" that also effects scheduling.

It appears the shutdown for lack of chips is pushing back most orders just a week or two. Not sure what the deal is with SuperCabs right now, but those seem to take forever to get built. I'm guessing SuperCrews probably make up 90% of the production so those get priority.
