Talk to your dealer. Shortly after I placed my order my dealer (I think it was 2 days after I placed my order) was able to add a package to my order. All you can do is ask and see what he can do.

You can usually make change right up until your VIN is produced. Now the link RP posted says you can only make certain changes so I would definitely contact your dealer. I know with my Bronco my dealer said I can change all the things that that link says you can not.
