Good question. I just went through the terms too, no word as to runs or owns the site. I did notice their digital copyright attorney is in my hometown - if we don't get an answer here, maybe I'll reach out to their attorney.

That is just the registrar proxy to hide the registrant. It is pretty common to avoid spam. I own several domains and all of mine don't show my info either.
