Here's a quick question since it's winter time and I start my car I usually keep it on auto but when I'm driving I have the climate control on the screen I hit the forward vent and then I hit the floor button they both light up and put fan speed on high but hardly any air comes out of the forward vents when fan speed is on hi. Can anyone confirm if this is normal?

I do the same and get quite a bit of airflow out of the forward vents, even with the fan speed set to 2-3. What happens if you select forward only?

Mine has always acted like this. The faster the fan speed, the less that comes out of the forward vents. "Auto" works best for me but it uses the AC compressor and my mileage drops.

So yours does the same thing..say on 80 degrees with forward n floor on? I also noticed the more I increase the fan speed the less air comes out in the forward vents is this true with yours?

Mine has the worst heater A/C unit in any vehicle I have ever owned. Seems to take a long time to heat up except the defrost works well floor vents are crap I rarely use them

So I assume this is normal?
I think it's just a poorly designed blend system. Although, my wife's VW Bug with auto-climate acts the same way. Personally, I'd prefer a manual system but you can't have that with the 8" screen.

I just tested mine and the airflow from the center two vents is much lower than the side vents when the floor vents are also active.

Putting it on just the dash vents and all 4 are pretty similar flow.
