I've had this one for a couple years now and it holds great. I've even been off road with my gun attached and it never moved at all. Mine came with a couple self tapping screws and that's all I used and it's held up fine. I don't even think I went into the metal backing.
Do you find you are knocking your leg on it much?

I don't but I do have short legs. lol I know some with longer legs have mounted theirs on the side of the lower console because their seat is farther back. I taped mine there but kept rubbing my leg against it so I moved it to where it is now. I know Sid has a similar mount but he mounted his vertical under the steering column. Not a bad spot either as it's out of the way but harder to get to if you need it in a hurry.

I put mine on the side of the center console. The seat hides it from view. The handle of it sticks up past the cutout for the handbrake lever making grabbing it quick an easy.
You mean like just ahead of the set belt buckle?

All this talk of Canadian violence has me confused……

Do Canadians squeal if they see something like this?

.it would likely be a daily occurrence to have shootouts on the 401
When I first moved back to Ohio in 1995 the state was debating expanding concealed carry. Before you had to have a state approved reason like you carried cash to the bank from your business. The libs said if expanded concealed carry passed Ohio would turn into the wild wild west. Traffic disputes would end in shoot outs. The bars would look like Dodge City. It passed an I've only heard of one abuse of CCW in the Cleveland area. The media here is strongly anti gun. I think if it were happening anywhere in the state it would be reported. There are lots of illegally carried gun shootings. Mostly in areas know for illegal drugs. The one shooting I know of a dude with money was arguing with a parking attended about where he could park his expensive car. He sounded like the kind that came from money an got everything he wants. He was parking for a NBA finals game an the attendant kicked him out of a space that wasn't a spot an he shot him. Some think he was embarrassed in front of his GF which could have contributed to his loss of control.

You can carry in bars if you're not drinking. No school properties or Gov buildings or banks. The bank one I don't get since it was original reason to have one.

I gave my Glock to my son a few months ago and was hoping to go look at some of the micro compacts soon to see if I could find something to better fit my hand.
I realize it might be blasphemy to not like a Glock, but I just didn't. Shot fine, but didn't fit my hand well.
I look forward to hearing about your EZ after you've had it awhile.
Merry Christmas to you! ?
in my h.o. glocks in general feel like a block of wood in the hand, are kinda clunky, boxy and do not have a natural point of aim like say a 1911 does. so i can see folks not being fans. i see glocks like tools. not all tools are a pleasure to use but they do the job and are needed. not a fanboy and i think the entire "perfection" thing is a lil over the top lol. but in my limited experience glocks are nearly 100% reliable to function.

I really want a CZ Scorpion and SBR it to add to my collection. Form 1’s are processing quick. My last one took 16 days.

I’ve got one, and you definitely need to do it! It’s one of the most fun to shoot. Only question is if you go with a regular pistol version like me or with the micro version.
