Alien Gear has their module kit that accepts their holster and attach it with a Velcro patch or however you want. I have several of their holsters which work fine. Or get a tactical seat cover. Has a pouch between your legs that holds extra mag, flashlight, whatever. If you don’t want to mess up your dash or console.Has anyone mounted a gun holster to the inside of their Ranger yet? I was thinking down by the console for easy reach but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks!
Is this a left hand draw version? This is a Crossbreed Ohai. The velcro sticks to the surface with adhesive. I was a little skeptical of how well everything would hold up but it's rock solid. Would recommend.
I love my Alien Gear Cloak belt holster. I've been through several different IWB & OWB holsters through the years and this is by far the most comfortable I've owned. With that said I always carry OWB so I see no need to mount something in my truck. Those above are nice designs but for me personally I don't like having mine on display. If in the rare occasion you get pulled over it could be a problem with an over zealous cop. I'd rather have mine concealed.Alien Gear has their module kit that accepts their holster and attach it with a Velcro patch or however you want. I have several of their holsters which work fine. To be honest, I don’t remember. I’ve had it several years and just now put it into service. Is this a left hand draw version?
Ram Mounts are like Duct tape. Great for so many things. I like that.....Haven't yet but am considering Dara Holster too...
That's what I do for now...but it's not good for quick access...Why not mount inside center console? Some make a lock box for this hole.
Yep, those are the first things I thought of.I like the under dash set up, but having any visible holster or mount is an invitation for someone to smash a window hoping you left it in the glovebox.. at least here in Houston. I'm kicking around some sort of holster for the door, something harder to see. I've seen a couple cups that hold guns, and a cup in the door cup holder may not draw much attention. http://www.guncupholster.com/ is an example, but I'm not sure I'd get my hand around it easily like the under dash type.
Do you have a link for this accessory?I wear mine most of the time. But long trips, I dump it in the lower bag... I'm creating a Chris Kyle theme so this worked out wonderfully...
