I have been known to go ahead and replace the roll after what is left is less than 1/4 of a roll. I put the new roll on the dispenser with no care given to the orientation because it works in either direction. Then I rest the stub roll on top pf the new roll.

.......and I have been yelled at for this abomination of consideration for the next person........

You really need to go with the inventor.......

I think he showed it that way only because it was easier to demonstrate. For me, I don't really give a s..t, I'm just glad when family members will replace it - over or under!
