I paid around 37.5k BASE for my ranger, minus taxes and fees. Carvana will give me 38.5K. If they paid me more than I paid out the door, then I might consider it, but I'm in for the duration on this guy until PHEV 6G, when/if that ever comes.

Not for me, no. Well below what I paid out the door so I can't square that circle. I guess I could get a Maverick and wait for a 6G ranger, but I'll just ride this one out. I only have 3K on it after buying in late March, so in 3 years I probably won't have more than 10K on it.
