Is that box in center just for adaptive cruise, or is it also used for pre-collision , Lane keeping assist , etc?
It's used as part of the pre-collision system, along with the camera in the windshield for the lane keeping (and some other stuff).

Thanks. I am hesitant to install lights in this area due to the potential blocking of this.

Installed these lights. Doesn't affect the adaptive cruise. Only issue is they cause radio inference

I don't have ACC but there's a siren speaker in the middle...just about any pod light would work but my Rigid are mounted to the holes that exist there to hold the trim in place...just remove the trim quick release buttons and bolt through above and sandwiched against the bumper steel...

Changed over to these lights. Plenty of room for ACC. The best is that they have driving light or fog light. I used aux switch 2 for driving lights, aux switch 3 for amber fog lights. You can't have them both on at same time

I have the DD SS3's in white (they weren't cheap) and there are insanely bright! I have no idea why anyone would need anything brighter!
