I have a 2019 ranger that is my my Toad vehicle behind my motorhome and want to install driving lights that will only be lit when the engine is running. I have to have the key to on when towing. What fuse number might I use?

Your post is confusing:
As in (N) Tow the key is not on and the engine is not running.

But doesn't the key stay in the accessory position?

No - for a keyed truck - it is important to ensure it is not in accessory, this is one of the reasons the transmission is trashed in -Flat Tow.
Battery voltage drops so low the truck comes out of (N) Tow Mode.
Numerous threads on 4-Wheel Down or Flat Towing and the manuals vague instructions on getting into (N) Tow Mode.
Battery Voltage appears to be the root cause of the issue.

Cool, I read that charging the battery before towing is a good idea. I guess I'll have to invest in a forscan tool and change the charge to 90% or more vice the factory 75%
