Has not affected mine. Maybe the start of cold weather in Canada?

I lost around 2mpg with my Ford/Fox 2.0. Stock tires.

It will change the rake and add a little more wind resistance. With that said I leveled mine and added larger tires and I noticed a 1-2 mpg drop. Then I tuned it and started running premium and gained it all back.

I lost about avg 2mgp with 275/70r17 and fox 2” level. Ive used 93octane since my first fillup. Most of my miles are inner city or country backroad driving as of late.

I have the 2.5 lift and the Duke Can Build It skirt mod, with Bora 1" spacers and have lost less than 1 mpg.

Everything you modify to the exterior will lower the gas mileage. Tires, lift/level, spacers, removing the stupid plastic air dam at the bottom of the bumper, lightbars, everything.

I'm pretty sure even truck nuts will lower your MPG by some fractional amount.

However oddly enough, installing a tune, even a 93 performance orientated one, will increase your gas mileage and power. Go figure.

Did you calibrate the speedometer after the tire change ?
I know a guy that was freaking out after he changed tire size and got about 5mpg less . I reminded him that he was actually travelling further than the truck was thinking it did :)

So everyone is commenting that they lost 1 or 2 mpg but what were you getting and what are you getting now? Average mpg's are going to very greatly across the board due to location, truck configuration and driving style! I'm in LA, drive 100 miles a day in stop and go freeway traffic and average 22.8 mpg. I'm on stock wheels and tires with a 2.5" level and 1.5" spacers. I can get 25 to 30 mpg with no traffic and keeping it under 65 but that's not a realistic daily possibility!
