Any update? I will say that my setup with huge fender washers and the u-clips I could find seems to be holding up just fine. I can pull on the lights hard enough that the hood brackets flex, and they haven't budged from where I aimed them.
You were right. No clips. I went the same route as you and just bought smaller u clips from the store and it seems to be plenty sturdy without the manufacturer version.
Always nice to be prepared.Bought a new tire repair kit. Now that I've got the Jeep on order I wanted to get a new kit for the Ranger and I'll put the older one in the Jeep. This one is much larger so the smaller one will fit better in the Jeep.

It's a lot better than I expected. Tools feel like good quality and not cheap flimsy metal.

I was hoping I wouldn't scare too many members but I am no celebrity like @AzScorpion, has a whole town looking for him when he goes MIA for a week. You are all on my mind though, I just close the phone tab as quick as I open it(I type ranger5g in the URL and then click exit before it loads
