White ring around tire where letters are. New truck. 300 miles

Drove truck 200 miles and thru some heavy rains. Pulled in and this is how both rear tires look. The fronts have a similar ring but it's brownish. 5 hours ago I checked pressures in my garage and they still had the dressing in them from dealer and looked perfect. Thoughts?

I'm not sure what it is, but I have the owl tires as well, and I am seeing brown along the top of the letters and some white around the edge of the tire. (Excess dried paint/rubber powder? I don't really know how tire manufacturing works.) Not sure how as I haven't scraped it along the curb yet. The white seems to come off with just a towel and a little water. I haven't tried to get the brown off, but I have noticed the new cars my family has gotten from Ford this past year get a brown ring around them that goes away over time.

I used a scotch Brite green pad and it came off. The white and the brown. So it must be tire dressing from dealer. Or some chemical in tires leeching out that will stop. Anyhow. Am good for now. When I get back home I will wash and detail tires.

I'll have to give that a try then! As long as the letters are still white I'll be happy
