What variables on the SCT BDX should I be monitoring/logging to ensure the engine is running healthy on any given tune?

So assuming that it can monitor quite a bit of stuff at the same time in gauge mode I watch the following. Transmission Temp, coolant temp, cylinder head temp, catalytic converter temp and boost. Minde you i have the Livernois my touch calibrator so i dont know what you nees to look for to find the same stuff
