Hello everyone,
Just trying to narrow done my purchase of a new ranger in the next couple of days.
Looking at a local dealer with an Lariat (Carbonized Grey) with stock 18s. I will also be doing the Fox 2.0 tuned suspension (coming with truck).

I would prefer 17 inch wheels .....but they can’t switch them out. I am not crazy about the Hankook rubber on the 18s and will probably change that. Also aware I might need to do some other mods (wheel spacer and or crash bars).

Anyone with pics of a Lariat with 2 inch lift and 18s.

Thanks

Here is mine, I will be selling the tires and wheels as soon as my new wheels I bought are back in stock.

I'm the same. I would have preferred the 17's, but it was hard to find with a Lariat. Seems most dealers here in BC order the Lariat with the Sport package, but then "upgrade" the wheels to the 18's. It sucks, because the wheels are the only thing I like about the Sport package. I did see a thread on here where someone used black Plastidip on the 18's and they looked way better. Will probably be doing that also.
You can get a decent size tire with just a front levelling kit, (if you don't care about maintaining the factory rake). I have Cooper AT3 XLT 265/70/18 which is 32.6". I didn't touch the crash bars and have no rubbing.

This isn't a good pic because the shading doesn't let you see the tires, but IMO it looks great.

Nice truck.
Did you do the fender flares yourself?
What are you getting for new wheels and tires?

Thanks DHH.....I was thinking about Coopers on my 18s....if you have a better pic that would be great. I would really like to see how the wheels and tires fill it out.
Nice truck. What I am looking at is identical with Carbonized Grey exterior.

Sorry, but that's the best I have. Out of town for a while, but if I remember, I'll get a better pic when I get back

Thanks. Bushwacker pocket flares, only ones made for my truck when I bought it, I've since bought the oem style (slimmer, no bolt look) that I plan to paint to match the Grey oem bumper color. Waiting to buy a couple more items so I will know how much paint I will need

265/70/18 with a Fox 2.0 kit would fit yeah? I don't mind hacking the crashbars. Spacers is where I draw the line. I would gladly trade OP my Lariat wheels for his sports, alas we are quite far away.

Just picked up my 2021 Lariat/FX4 yesterday. As part of the deal I also got the Fox 2.0 tuned shocks which will come in next week and I will install myself .
Still on the fence about whether to keep the 18s or go to 17s. Definitely will switch out the rubber from the stock Hankooks.
Looking forward to building out my Lariat to a capable weekend backroads/off-road and daily driver.

My AT3 265/70/18 fit fine with no rubbing and only the Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit.

Wondering if you have a better pic of your Ranger on the Coopers and 18s. I am looking to do the same. Thanks
