Where is this Hurricane Creek Trail? I used to wheel all over the place around Chattanooga but trails have disappeared in the years past. I'd be down to go wheeling/camping if it's semi close to Chattanooga.
It's right off interstate 40. I think closer to Knoxville or Gatlinburg area. Maybe right across the border in North Carolina. There are some YouTube vids on just how to find it haha. I will definitely be making a trip there some time in the near future. I will drop something on here before I go. The more the merrier. All aboard

I will try and keep an eye out for your post. I don’t frequent this forum too much but hopefully I will catch it! I appreciate it!

No problem. I just went to Adventure offroad park a few weeks back. Bashed my lower control arm a little. I haven't been there in a few years and that place has got quite rough. I made it through but dont think I will be taking the Ranger back there haha. But I frequently venture on several trails around the Chattanooga area. Trying to go to Kentucky Blue Holler offroad park either next weekend or the next and windrock sometime soon too. Be cool if you wanted to tag along.

Heck yea! I got out of the wheeling scene a few years before they opened AOP. Haven’t been there yet. Only service roads and such like prentice cooper with the ranger so far. If you want shoot me a pm. I don’t want to derail the thread here. I will for sure reply to that as I get an email.

I will do. And if you are heading back to prentice cooper do the same. I would like to hit it in the Ranger.

Will do! There’s not much there and as of last time I heard most the trails were closed for the season. I will look into it and let ya know.

I’ve been looking at going to Prentice Cooper soon. Looks like the trails should be opening soon. Would also be down to tag along to some nearby off-road parks. I’m in Murfreesboro so not to far away.

I'll make sure I post before I go. Would be awesome to get a Ranger ride going. Going to a Ranger roundup at Badlands offroad park in September. It's for all Rangers not just 5G.

I haven’t taken the truck off-road yet. Just got it a month ago. Saw this kit on a guys YouTube video and thought I might try it out.

Decided to go ahead and order a set. Should see it next week. I think this set will do well.

Agreed!! Watching the video the guy doesnt quite go to the same spot in the ditch. Talking to a coworker of mine he said it is well worth it for articulation purposes. He isnt sure how much a difference it will make for IFS but apparently it makes a world of difference for a solid axle.

I'm planning on putting mine on next week. I've also got skid plates and guards for the rear shock mounts to put on. Gonna try and knock it out all at once.

Nice, I bypassed the full skids (I'm sure I'll regret it), but do have the SW sliders on order. Not sure when they'll get here. Didn't call to check availability first ?‍♂
I also have sliders on order from Rocky Road but till several weeks out though. I learned my lesson with a 4Runner I had. I plan on investing in armor this time before I hit the hard trails. I hate the sound of crunching! lol
