I'm not a mechanic but i'm excited to have just installed this dual exhaust. A couple of years ago I installed a Cobb exhaust on my fiesta st and this one was a little more challenging. I just used some rhino ramps to prop up the back tires and crawled underneath, plenty of room to move around. I think unit is of good quality. I did have some trouble while trying to reinstall the passenger side tail pipe isolator to the frame, it was a little difficult to get the positioning just right. Then one of the 2.5" clamps didn't get tight enough to secure the tailpipe to the y-pipe. So I had to disassemble and try that clamp on the tailpipe on the other side and that worked a little better but took longer than expected.

I drove it around the block a couple of times, then went back under to re-tighten the clamps and get the positioning just right. In the pictures you'll see I have the tips sticking out just a little bit. I'll probably push those in a little to look more subtle. What do you guys think?

The sound is pleasant, start-up is not to loud, don't want to wake my neighbors. No drone when cruising. Overall pretty mild but definitely louder than stock. The stock lariat cabin noise is comparable to a prius in my opinion, plus the pumped in noise from the speakers.

This is my daily driver. I'll probably never take it off road. I chose the dual exhaust because I like the way it looks and this MBRP does not have an aggressive tone.

Very nice sir! I've been very close to pulling the trigger on a Magna flow exhaust. Can't decide between the single or dual pipe version.

I have the single side MBRP and I can agree about the sound. I put it on with about 200miles on the truck. Now at 6k, I can say that the sound is a little deeper, but still (overall) not a dronie, whinny main street Friday nighter. I think you'll enjoy the hell out of it.

I don't know about your tips relocating, but I wouldn't put them any further back than a vertical line to the bumper's edge (my opinion). My side exit ss single lines up with a vertical line from the bump out on bottom of rear panel, but that's subjective choices I suppose.

Are you going to do a tune or other mods (at least a damper for the tailgate )?

Nice color, here's mine:

Really like those hood decals. I recently installed the afe drop-in dry air filter, pleased with it. Next I'm thinking about the Ngauge tuner. Down the road I'd like the mishimoto intercooler and maybe 1" wheel spacers.

Did the same with air cleaner except it was AEM brand dry type.

I have the same exhaust, in a box, in the back of my truck. Won't be above freezing for the next week so It's making me crazy that I have to wait. Where did you get those decals?

Just piling on here; if I hadn't gotten the Magnaflow I would have gotten MBRP. Not the dual (because of of the additional weight ) but because of the quality of materials.

Nice it looks good. I did the Borla Dual exhaust both on the same side chrome. I like the sound too. Not too much. Way better than stock. Sorry Lucille is kinda dirty.

How close does that dual exhaust get to the spare tire? I have a 275/70r17 spare and am curious if the MBRP will fit around it.
