Got the tires rotated (first 6k) and alignment as yesterday's "do" was putting the Eibach Sports Performance strut cartridges in. Here's the spec sheet from the alignment shop:

Don't think their computer had Nuk Nuk's in the listing for tires
HI Terry,

Looks good... your shop delivered excellently!

Just ordered their fender flares on Thursday and expected delivery is tomorrow. Was looking at that grille. I like the night view. Looks good!

John, my Eibachs on the rear raised it 1/4 inch. Something doesn't sound right here.
The shocks really should have no effect on ride height at all. Is your truck still a 1/4" higher in the rear after the shocks settled in? As far as lowering, that definitely shouldn't have happened! All the shocks do is dampen the ride.

Mine is looking lower in the rear because I leveled my truck out, and then added a ton of weight to the bed in the form of a rack, tent, and recovery gear. DOH!!!!

Finished up initial mounting of my rack pods. Tomorrow I will shimmy them around and tighten down the connection brackets so they are all square and symmetrical with each other.

I don't know why, but I stopped getting notifications about this thread. I missed all of the good progress on your truck! I'm loving the storage on yours! You pretty much nailed the look and capability and I'm sure you saved TONS of money.

I need lighting on my rack, as well as an awning. I'm trying to figure out what I should do first; lights and awning or portable fridge/freezer.

John, I agree regular shocks wont raise ride height but these have high pressure gas in them and do provide slight lift (1/4 inch in my case) . My 19 4x2 (with Eibachs) is higher in the rear than my 20 Fx4 and hasn,t settled any yet. (I wish it would though). When you installed yours weren't they very hard to compress ? I bet it took 200lbs of force to compress mine to install. As far as lowering 2 inches (I wish that was the case as I would love the rear end to sit lower) Bret

Oh yeah, they were hard to compress, but I compressed one by hand for the install. But the Eibach shocks are not supposed to increase or decrease height. They can accommodate an increase of ride height though, from lift blocks or a change in leaf springs.

I really wish I took better measurements of my truck now!

Try disconnecting your rear shocks and take before and after measurements. I installed mine on the ground and pushed hard, im' no weakling though. I threw around 200lb truck tires in my working days. LOl
