Leer HF350 installation with a factory bed liner?

For any of the folks with the Leer HF350 Tonneau cover, do you have the factory bed liner and if so any special consideration for installation? I'm narrowing the field and so far the HF350 looks right. Just checking for gotchas.

I have the LineX bed liner with the Leer HF350. The HF350 just mounts with clamps so there is no drilling required. Also since the HF350 does mount above the bed, the rails drain the water so you do not need to drill for drain tubes. Don't forget to use the foam at the cab end of the bed at the bulk head, this keeps out the dust. The Leer HF350 is a great pick IMO
