Haha...it's not that hard...the bumper mounted never needs washing since the air pressure does the job...the one under the chassis is also facing forward...I'll find out next time it rains if soiling there can become an issue...even then, it's easy to reach...

We use to put Lipstick Cameras (I'm showing my age) in different locations on our race cars to observe the different travels and rates while on the track. Good idea doing what you are doing.

I'll let you crawl under my truck. I just don't bend the same as a 30 to 40 y.o.

The front bumper camera works great in heavy rain and car washes...I'm sure the chassis camera will do as well...except maybe in mud crossing lol...it sit higher than the crash pans so it's relatively safe from physical blow out...who knows... ?

For the mud crossings, maybe tap into the windshield washer system and run a hose and nozzle down there to give a blast and clean it off. ?
