I had a weird one the other day, we had an ice storm up here, snow slush, ice and fog everywhere. It was so moist that some got into the 4 pin trailer harness and the dash was telling me there was issues with right side trailer lights and trailer connected messages. I checked the cover and it seemed to be closed, so I dried off the pins that I could with a paper towel and it went away.

Drove in the same crap the rest of the day and it never came back, maybe a fluke.

Cheers, Todd

Parking sensors on passenger side went nuts when I came to stops. Took it in to the dealer and they hooked it up to computer found no issues and the problem went away. And having issues with programing the universal remote.

Trim by wheel well separated on drivers side. Bolt was in crooked. Took care of that yesterday.

Mine had something similar. I took it to a car wash and the front sensors went STUPID! I brought it home and used a hairdryer to blow them out and remove moisture.. everything back to normal now.

OK, I had a weird one the other day too. We had about 6" of snow which I brushed off the truck. Drove it for about 30 miles and then parked it for the night. In the morning it was -7F and when I started the truck I had no heat blower. I could hear a faint tick every now and then like a motor attempting to start and hitting something. I put a space heater in the floorboard of the passenger side and blew warm air up under the glove box for about an hour (I went back to bed). Then when I went out and started it again, I heard the fan start and a bunch of what sounded like snow crunching. I called the dealer and talked to them about it. Of course they gave me the "It's a new truck, so nobody has reported anything like this yet"

I figure water melted down into the blower some how and re-froze leaving an icicle that stopped the fan. I ran the defroster and recirc on and off during my commute, and it hasn't happened again (there has been snow and cold like that since). I will leave it alone for now, but I just wanted to put it out there that this has happened.

I have heard that it takes forever to receive your ordered Ranger. And the tracker is inaccurate also. Anybody else have that problem. LOL

I have documented ROVP approval and a confirmed order with no VIN or build date after 9 weeks.
It is further frustrating since several people have ordered after I did and have received either a truck or at least VIN.
I have visited dealers who have already sold and delivered more than half a dozen trucks, either ordered or off the lot.
Two days ago I finally saw a Supercab at a dealer which also had two other unsold Rangers in stock...
Still no progress on mine!
Ford has apparently reneged on my ROVP and Marketing has a lot more excuses than answers.
I have decided to inquire only once a week for a few more weeks until hope fades further.
I can't even use the tracker yet.

At least they should have the options list and the production flaws worked out by the time I get a build date.

Maybe all the Ford OT to get trucks out of factory is a sign the OT is the problem? Seems to be a long laundry list of defects and/or problems?
How many had to being it back for this recall? https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a26183115/2019-ford-ranger-recall-shifter/

I am shopping for Ranger, just not sure if I should wait until the 2020 is available.
The vast majority of the Rangers on the road, were built BEFORE any overtime began. The recall you reference was to check the routing of the shift cable on the 1st approx 3k units, so nothing defective. ALL new models have some teething problems and the Ranger is no exception nor is it a problem either.
