Finally labeled my switch panel. The 3d printed bracket is still holding up like a champ!
Oh snap, that looks really really good. I want that bracket. Lol. Nicely done!

Black and green may tie in better with the overall theme. Love those wheels in black btw.
Thanks,
I like the wheels in Black as well.
I think your right, i might look at changing the Sticker colors.

Cheers..

Today (I hope) I start the bottom platform frame work for a 120" roof / bed rack.

I am going the no weld route with EMT conduit piping for the bottom and top framework, but will weld it with side plating to tie the top and bottom rails together.

I am also going to start overhauling my wiring system. I'm going to use a switch box design for an RZR (flip it upside down) and place it where our dash tray is. Sort of like the Tremor that Ford is releasing.

I will be interested to see the switch box after you get it installed. I think I understand how you are thinking of using it, but it will be interesting to see how it fits and how much trimming you will need to do.

Well the product dimensions look wonky if you look at reviewer photos.

Plan is:

A. seat it in the tray (unlikely due to length)
B. take tray out completely and cover the hole with the new box (unlikely due to depth)
C. take the tray out completely, make a new base out of black plastic/poly board that does cover the tray hole completely and installed the box on that and run wiring through the bottom of the new base with some simple rubber grommets (most likely)

This project has potential to come out very clean if done right and zero visible wiring from any angle.

Installed el cheapo tonneau from the Ford dealer. Took it for a test drive. It may be my imagination, but it seems quieter than the open bed. Who knows? It’s nothing like watertight, but it should keep bags of trash in the bed and most of the snow out.

I assembled this for my front passenger seat-back:

And ordered this rack from https://xtrusion-overland.com/ for my Ranger. I can't wait to get this in and on the truck!

On the website I only see Tacos and full size trucks. I guess you hope or know it will fit the Ranger?
I think a bed rack system like this is what I want to go with.
