I went back to the dealership to do all of the paperwork and the salesman helped me get the FordPass app installed in my new phone.

We then went down to the lot where customers don't go and synced it up to the truck.

Almost all of the accessories that I ordered have arrived and they're going to install the Ford Performance exhaust, bug deflector, etc. early next week.

I also went to the parts department and picked up a few minor items that I'm going to install when I get it home.

The lovely wife made the pictures. I drove her around the block in it and she loves it.

The Ranger was never meant for it. It knows and it's immune system naturally rejects it.
My ranger would spit out its gas in disgust until I installed the damper. Since then it converts 87 octane to 93 to show its appreciation.

So what you're saying is the tailgate damper solves the gas blowby problem. Interesting...

This also works in the bedroom.... Just saying...

What did I do to my Ranger today...
mounted D-rings to my bed divider, washed, waxed, dressed the plastic parts and admired the work over a beer. Or 2. :)
Best pic I could get of the work after a kitchen project and washing and waxing 3 vehicles today.

The Ranger did something good today, I helped a fellow off road-ers. We were off roading in Ocotillo OHV area and run into couple of guys with their Taco stuck in the sand. So with tow straps and 4L with TM setting to sand, I was able to pull them to safety. Its the right thing to do!!!

D-rings are a part of my plans if I ever continue my bed divider. Eventually I want to expand on my single divider with some modular pieces that I can fasten recovery gear to, like traction boards, Hi-lift, shovel, etc..

Nice job! You should've taken some pictures pulling out the Tacoma. Then go post them on Tacoma World on how the wimpy 4 cyl Ranger had to pull out a Taco. ?
