I just updated the maps using the Ford factory usb. Took 2hrs and 12 minutes. Not a good use of my$$$. Did not read the fine print when I paid for it last year. Thought it was a one time fee.
I hold on to the tailgate and use the hitch depression on the bumper to climb in. I then, thanks to the "damper", lower the tailgate from inside. The factory spray in liner plays havoc on clothes and knees climbing in, but not as bad sitting on tailgate to get out.
I had the batteries corrode in my 3 battery light. Read somewhere the lights were guaranteed for life, so looked up the address and sent it in. Got a scolding letter back to the effect never again, but they did fix the light. Google it and give it a try.
Just replaced a 6 yrs old OReilys superstart battery in my Buick. Of course it is inside the cab and no clue on where they are made today, but a battery lasting 6 years was a first for me.
AAA replaced with a 6 yrs battery, 3 yrs full replacement, but of course the receipt doesn't say the brand...
Giving me nostalgia. Lived 37 years in Apple Valley before moving to GA. 2 years ago. Octoberfest in Big Bear and Christmas at Lake Arrowhead. Loved sitting in shorts and sandals looking at the snow on the mountain. Bring warm clothes and have fun!
I have had them for about 6 months and doing fine. Mine are black with magnetic writing. Lots of choices. For $25, you are not out much if you don't like it.
I also put the eibachs on the rear of my 2wd. Significant difference. My highway princess may never even see a dirt road, but did not like the subtle bouncing even on our residential streets. After the switch, my wife commented on the difference after only a quarter mile down the road.
