So I'm the recent owner of a '19 Lariat Screw 501a Lightning Blue Metallic 4x4 and I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START ON MODS! Too many to do.
Of course I got the Tailgate Damper (heh heh). But only cuz my buddy is an engineer at DeeZee.
Don't have an unlimited amount of funds. 100 here hundred there.
Seriously considering the Ford Performance/Fox kit. But gotta save for that one.
I like exterior mods, obviously.
Where should I begin...HELP.
By the way, love my zippy Ranger!

No need to do anymore since you already have the best mod available. ? But if you really want to spend more money what about these, if you don't already have them...

Bed liner, window tint, swing out tool box, tonneau cover, tune, and if/when you get the FP/Fox kit you'll need tires and wheels. Trust me this is a dangerous forum to be on if you don't want to spend a lot of money. :curse:

I can't believe that tailgate damper WAS NOT MENTIONED in this post

-It has a bed liner. Not to hip on it though. It's functional and all, just think I'd like spray on better
-I do need to look for a good bed cover.
-Actually might be scoring some hex steps (nerf bar thingy with hex hoop steps) in the near future
-Also looking at a hood protector/deflector. The Ford one looks like the most protection. Trying to decide if it's too bulky though.
-REALLY considering ceramic coating. It'd be DIY. The poor thing sleeps outside all the time.
-Would like skid plate too, later on.
It's mostly a city/pavement driver. But will hit the fields for hunting and fishing occasionally.

(EDIT) Forgot to mention I'd really like to get the Raptor grill lights for the Lariat (4 instead of 3).

Really enjoy this forum...LOTS of great info.

Let it rip fellow Ranger parents!

Nice looking Ranger, Lightning Blue was my second choice. Mine came with the drop in liner too and although I really don't like it and prefer the spray in but it'll do for now. You can check out Autoanything.com for bed covers, they have a lot there at reasonable prices.

I have the Ford trifold hard cover and Ford deflector. Love both. Deflector really does flip most all over the roof. Think I had one bug spray on 200 mile trip up central valley ca. Have spray in liner and it really does help stuff from sliding around, you won't be sorry doing that first.

Just looked at your deflector on your profile pic. Nice truck.
Do you have a front-on pic of the truck? It doesn't look as bulky as I thought it might.

Damn you.... You've got the chrome wheels I wanted. Had to pull the trigger on the one I got though, cuz decent Rangers were getting harder to find. This pandemic really screwed up car lots. Around here it looks like they're spreading the cars out on the lot to make it look full.

Thanks for the quick response with the pics... Might be going that route.
