Looks like the differences between here(US) and there (AU).
Yeah, I should have looked where he was before questioning. I thought the side marker lights were a requirement in the US.

Hi Lee,

Side marker lights and reflectors are required since Jan 1 1970. In 1968 it was required to have reflectors or lights, but was amended to have both in 1970. That is why folks that replace the fronts with clear are actually in violation of the Federal rule if they do not reflect yellow, as I see it. Probably will not get pulled over for clear, but in a court of law it could be trouble depending on the lawyer and their knowledge. This is USA only.

Best,

All of my street racers are de-cat at the expense of low end torque for high end power. I want the opposite for that in a truck. Do the 2.3 benefit from de-cat?

Thanks for the details Phill, I figured you would probably know. I remembered there was a time you could tell the model year the car was by whether the car had them or not. My old mind just couldn't remember the year. You probably remember the dates lap belts and shoulder restraints were required.

I got a center console organizer and a stubby to replace the factory antenna.

i love the organizer. My coin tray kept falling down and I hated that. Drove me crazy! But I am a little OCD.

Do you have a link for the organizer? Pics, maybe?
Thanks!

That’s not true at all. You think modern vehicles benefit from back pressure?
